A furnace that won't ignite, short-cycles, or keeps tripping its limit switch needs more than a reset in Tualatin winters. Every visit includes a carbon monoxide safety check, standard, not an upsell.
Furnace failures in Tualatin cluster around a handful of parts — ignitors, flame sensors, gas valves, heat exchangers. We test with real equipment, not parts-cannon guessing.
What doesn't change from visit to visit.
Every repair includes a CO check, not optional.
We bump no-heat calls ahead of routine visits when it's cold.
A fixed price is set before repairs start.
Both fuel types get the same trained tech, no exceptions.
Six repairs that cover most of our winter calls.
These two parts are behind most no-heat visits, usually a same-visit fix.
Gas valve testing confirms the fault before we recommend replacing it.
We inspect carefully with proper equipment rather than assuming based on age.
We test both before condemning the control board.
Older Tualatin furnaces with standing pilots have their own failure points — thermocouples, pilot orifices, draft issues that newer ignition doesn't have.
We rule out wiring issues first to avoid overcharging for parts you don't need.

Tell us what the furnace is doing and we'll get someone moving.
A stocked truck arrives ready to diagnose and often repair same visit.
Combustion analysis happens before any repair is quoted, then a flat-rate quote.
Most repairs finish same visit, with a final CO check before we leave, backed by warranty.
